I tore my calf on Friday night during my workout. I'm hoping to be able to get back to normal quickly, but in the meantime, I'll be modifying my workouts. I'll still keep posting what I do, but it will probably not be my typical workouts. I'm also hoping this doesn't deter my weight loss.
