In Utah, July 24th is a state holiday. It's the day that the pioneers arrived in Utah in 1847 so there are lots of parades and fireworks and celebrations. Here in Logan, there was a 5K, so Tim and I, as well as his son and daughter decided to do the race. We met at Willow Park at 7am and got registered. Rylan did the 1 mile race and Tim, Kyra, and I did the 5K. Tim ran and Kyra and I walked the 5K. It was so fun to just relax and walk and enjoy some good conversation and good company!
