It's finals week in my world, which means I only have to wake up early on 2 days this week, so I'm planning on getting some good workouts in without being super tired. I haven't put together a schedule, but I do plan on posting my workouts this week so here goes...

I finally made it to Yoga Wednesday and Sherry and I did yoga with Tony. I was actually very surprised that I did ok, but I will admit that I wasn't pushing myself too hard.
